Really the part of the The Rebirth of English football after some of the challenges throughout the 70s and 80s in particular and the whole football's coming home era really so heavily Associated um with Terry venal but as as well at Club level as well the fact uh managing in Spain where he became known as elel which his nickname that really did H stick with him for so long and then from there going coming back to England to manage Tottenham Hotspur and it really says a lot about his achievements with Tottenham Hots winning the the FA Cup in 1991 that the club have only won one major trophy since then and it was his off-pitch uh dealings that as you mentioned did lead to some sort of challenges away from uh The Dugout which did um Cil parts of his managerial career as he had business vent is on the side but certainly as a player as well he'll be so well known as well uh you know back from his time playing the only at Spurs but Chelsea Queens Park Rangers Crystal Palace so many uh of the London clubs as well and the fact he went on to have such a a a long managerial career um as well and you know mentioning there just the the the trophy achievements particularly .
